We generally ship all items (meaning packages leave our facility) within 1 or 2 business days of our receipt and acceptance of an order. If there is a delay affecting our ability to ship generally, we will attempt to notify you. We ship through U.S. Postal Service, and packages can be tracked through their website.

Shipping is free with a $50 or more purchase and will automatically receive priority shipping. Consumer and/or customer may elect to choose alternative shipping such as First Class or Express Shipping on orders under $50 and also over $50. All of our packages shipped Priority Mail usually arrive 2-3 days post our 1-2 day processing time. All packages are insured for $50 – unless the consumer elects to pay additional insurance for higher priced items.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the delivery date requested or provided is an estimate only. BHO is not responsible for packages once they have been successfully delivered to the courier, including delays, or for non-performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of any government or acts of God. Delays in shipment, missing packages, etc. must be addressed directly between the consumer and the courier. We can provide tracking and additional information as needed.

All international sales are subject to all applicable U.S. and foreign export controls, and by placing an order through this web site, you affirm that you will comply with all applicable export controls and regulations. You will be the importer or exporter of record and are responsible for all required licenses, permits and authorizations. Customs and import duties, which vary from country to country, may apply to international sales, and are the responsibility of the recipient of your order.

RETURN POLICY

We provide a full refund for non-opened and unused products. Refunds can be for store credit or money returned.

PAYMENT METHOD

For online/phone orders, we accept payment by Visa and MasterCard. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to invalid payment method, declined credit, expiration, insufficient funds or otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Orders are shipped only after receipt of full payment.
